The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by Sagardoy Abogados or third parties and access to the website cannot be taken as giving any right over the said trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

In such cases Sagardoy Abogados acts as a provider of intermediary services in accordance with article 17 of Law 32/2002 of 12 July 2002, the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce [Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y el Comercio Electrónico (LSSI)], and will only be liable for the contents and services provided in the Linked Sites to the extent that it is actually aware of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with the required diligence. In the event that the User takes the view that a Linked Site contains unlawful or unsuitable contents, he or she may inform Sagardoy Abogados of the fact in accordance with the procedure and with the effects established in clause 6, although in no case does such notification impose any obligation to remove the link in question.

Under no circumstances does the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the existence of agreements with the people owning or controlling them, nor the recommendation or promotion of the representations, contents or services provided or the identification of Sagardoy Abogados with them.

Sagardoy Abogados is not familiar with the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore takes no responsibility for any loss and damage arising as a result of the unlawfulness, quality, non-current nature, non-availability, error or lack of usefulness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other loss or damage that is not directly attributable to Sagardoy Abogados.

9. Protection of personal data

Any data that may be collected via this website will be incorporated into a computerised data record for which Sagardoy Abogados is the data controller. It will deal with the data in confidence and solely for the purpose of managing its relationship with its clients and promoting the Firm’s activities. Sagardoy Abogados will also cancel, delete and/or block the data when it turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete or when it is no longer necessary or relevant for its purpose, in accordance with the provisions of the data protection legislation.

By including his or her data in the corresponding form, the user expressly consents to it being used to send commercial communications by e-mail or in any other form.

The user may revoke the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by contacting the address shown in clause 1 and visibly indicating the specific right being exercised.

Sagardoy Abogados adopts the levels of security required by the Security Measures Regulations approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 december. Nevertheless, technical security in a medium such as the internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks as a result of malicious acts of third parties.

Sagardoy Abogados may use cookies during the provision of the website service. Cookies are automatic information collection procedures that relate to the preferences shown by a user during his or her visit to a particular web page. This information is recorded on small files that are imperceptibly housed in the computer equipment of the user concerned. In accordance with the provisions of the LSSI, receipt by Sagardoy Abogados of the notification provided for in this clause will not mean that Sagardoy Abogados has actual knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the informant.
